01 October 2017, Dubai, UAE - The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and the Filipino Human Resources practitioners of the UAE conducted the Second Round of Customer Service Training at the Philippine Consulate on Saturday, 29 September 29 2017. The 4-module course will be conducted every other month, and will end on March 3rd next year.
This is the second collaboration between the Consulate and Fil-HR. The aim of the course is to train consulate personnel to provide a more effective and efficient service to its constituency.
The first batch of training began in November 2015 and ended in June 2016. Consul General Paul Raymund Cortes stressed the importance of the training course as it allows Consulate personnel to renew their perspectives on public service thereby strengthening their capacities to better promote and protect the well-being in the rights of overseas Filipinos in Dubai and the Northern Emirates.
