The Consulate General of the Philippines in Dubai informs the public of the following advisory from the Department of Trade and Industry. 

The Department of Trade and Industry, through the Expo 2020 budget and/or continuing appropriations intends to apply the sum of US$ 250,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for BID No. 001.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

The Department of Trade and Industry now calls for the submission of Eligibility, Technical and Financial documents for the Hiring of the Project Management Consultant for the Construction of the Self-Build Philippine Pavilion for Expo 2020 scheduled on 20 October 2020 – 10 April 2021 in Dubai, U.A.E.

Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the Authorized Representative in Dubai for Philippine Bids and Awards Committee on or before 29 July 2019 at PTIC-Dubai, Room 3712, 37th Floor, Churchill Executive Towers Business Bay, Dubai, UAE /P.O. Box 14066.
