GENERAL VISA APPLICATION POLICIES

Applicants are advised to apply for the appropriate Philippine visa/s at least one (1) month prior to their intended departure date. Visa processing for single-entry visa takes at least 8 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) while application for multiple-entry visas take at least one (1) month. Please be informed that the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai has not allowed any agency to process and collect any fees for Philippine visa applications. All applications must be submitted personally at the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai. Therefore any transaction with such agency will not be honored. |

9(C) - CREW LIST VISA (Seafarers are already aboard the vessel and that vessel will enter the PH. In the crew list visa, ALL foreign nationals should be listed regardless of whether they are rejoiner, offsigner, etc. as long as they are aboard the vessel)

9e—Diplomatic Visa |

NOTE: Authority to issue student visa has to be received by the PH Consulate General from the PH Department of Foreign Affairs before this visa can be issued. 9g—Pre-Arranged Employment Visa |
NOTE:Authority to issue this visa has to be received by the PH Consulate General from the PH Department of Foreign Affairs before this visa can be issued. Personal interview may be required before issuance of visa. The Consulate has the right to ask for any additional documents that may be deemed necessary. |
Visa Policy for Hong Kong and Macau Nationals
- Holders of Hong Kong and Macau passport may enter the Philippines without a visa for a stay not exceeding fourteen (14) days provided they possess a return or onward airline ticket.
- For a stay longer than fourteen (14) days, they may apply for a visa at any Philippine Embassy or Consulate.
- Passport should be valid at least six (6) months beyond the authorized period of stay.
Visa Policy for Chinese Nationals (PROC)
Nationals from the People's Republic of China with valid American, Japanese, Australian, Canadian, or Schengen (AJACS) visa may avail of visa-free privilege for arrival at any port of entry (major international airports and secondary international hubs (SIHs), as well as in seaports by passengers on board cruise ships/vessels).
- PROC nationals may be granted visa-free entry for stays not exceeding seven (7) days, provided that they have the following:
- Passport should be valid at least six (6) months beyond the intended period of stay
- Return or onward ticket to the next country of destination
- No derogatory record with the Bureau of Immigration (BI), the National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) and the International Police (Interpol)
- The 7-day visa free entry may be extended by an additional fourteen (14) days for a maximum of twenty-one (21) days stay
- This type of admission is non-convertible to other visa categories
- The purpose of their visit to the Philippines shall be strictly for tourism.
- For a stay longer than seven (7) days, they may apply for a visa at the Philippine Consulate General or at any Foreign Service Post (FSP) in a country that requires entry visas to PROC nationals.
Visa Policy for Indian Nationals
Indian nationals with valid American, Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, Singapore or UK visa or permanent residence permit from the AJACSSUK-issuing states may avail of visa-free privilege for arrival at any port of entry (major international airports and secondary international hubs (SIHs), as well as in seaports by passengers on board cruise ships/vessels).
- Indian nationals may be granted visa-free entry for stays not exceeding fourteen (14) days,provided that they have the following.
- Passport should be valid at least six (6) months beyond the authorized period of stay
