9a— Temporary Visitor’s Visa for Pleasure
|
- Personal appearance

- Original Letter of Guarantee / No Objection from the company (on company letter head with company chop/stamp) stating the following:
- The position and/or designation of the applicant;
- Inclusive period of employment; and
- Monthly salary.
If applicant is a business proprietor or partner, present original and submit a copy with English translation of the trade / business / professional license of the business entity indicated in the applicant’s UAE visa.
- Original and Photocopy of Passport valid for at least 6 months prior to departure from the Philippines
- UAE Residence Visa Copy (Dubai and Northern Emirates), must be valid beyond the date of departure from the Philippines
- Previous Philippine Visa issued (if any)
- Bank Statement for the last 3 months with maintaining balance of 5,000 AED
- Tentative Roundtrip flight itinerary/reservation
- Tentative Hotel Booking/Reservation or if no hotel reservation, present a Letter of Invitation / Guarantee made by a Filipino reference or sponsor in the Philippines and copy of sponsor’s passport data page or national ID.

- Notarized Letter of Invitation from reference person or company in the Philippines and must be signed by authorized signatory.
- Original Company Guarantee Letter with company chop (should state the purpose of travel and length of stay)
- Original and Photocopy of Passport valid for at least 6 months prior to departure from the Philippines
- UAE Residence Visa Copy (Dubai and Northern Emirates), must be valid beyond the date of departure from the Philippines
- Previous Philippine Visa issued (if any)
- Tentative Roundtrip flight itinerary
- Tentative Hotel booking/reservation

9a—Temporary Visitor’s Visa for Minors (17 years old and below)
|
- Personal appearance

- No Objection Letter from the UAE Residence Visa Sponsor stating no objection on the minor's travel and guarantees to cover all expenses related to the travel.
- Original and Photocopy of Passport valid for at least 6 months prior to departure from the Philippines
- UAE Residence Visa Copy (Dubai and Northern Emirates), must be valid beyond the date of departure from the Philippines
- Previous Philippine Visa issued (if any)
- English Birth Certificate with MOFA stamp or Report of Birth issued by the Philippine Consulate/Embassy (if with Filipino parent)
- Copies of Passports and UAE Residence Visas of both parents
- Bank Statement for the last 3 months of the UAE Residence Visa Sponsor with maintaining balance of 5,000 AED
- Tentative Roundtrip Flight Itinerary
- Tentative Hotel Booking/Reservation or if no hotel reservation, present a Letter of Invitation / Guarantee executed by a Filipino reference or sponsor in the Philippines and copy of sponsor’s passport data page or national ID.
Please note:
- Minors aged 8-17 years old requires personal appearance (accompanied by either parent)
- If minor is aged 15 years old and below and is not travelling with either parent or not coming to a parent in the Philippines, the parents must execute a Waiver of Exclusion Grounds for Minors.

- Original and Photocopy of the Job Order and Special Power of Attorney duly verified and attested by the Philippine Overseas Labor Office and Philippine Consulate General;
- No Objection letter from the UAE Residence Visa Sponsor/Company of the applicant;
- Salary Certificate or 6 months bank statements of the applicant
- Tentative Roundtrip flight itinerary
- Tentative Hotel booking/reservation.

9a—Temporary Visitor’s Visa for Religious Workers and Missionaries
|

- Original and Photocopy of Passport valid for at least 6 months prior to departure from the Philippines
- UAE residence visa copy (Dubai and Northern Emirates), must be valid beyond the date of departure from the Philippines
- Sponsorship/endorsement letter from the religious organization in country of origin
- Guarantee letter from the inviting entity in the Philippines stating that it will be responsible for the welfare acts and movement of the visa applicant during his/her stay in the Philippines and it guarantees that the visa applicant will not be a public charge to the Philippine Government
- Certificate of accreditation of sending religious organization
- Tentative Roundtrip flight itinerary
- Tentative Hotel booking/reservation.
NOTE: All applicants under this category are informed that the visa process (including evaluation and approval) will take at least one (1) month from the date of application and receipt of complete documentation.

9a—Temporary Visitor’s Visa for those whose UAE residence visa is sponsored by an individual |

- Previous Philippine Visa issued (if any)
- Passport and UAE Residence Visa of the UAE Residence Visa Sponsor of the applicant
- Bank Statement for the last 3 months of the UAE Residence Visa Sponsor with maintaining balance of 5,000 AED
- Tentative Roundtrip Flight Itinerary

9b—Transit Visa
Travelling from one country to another via the Philippines. Transit period is limited to 72 hours.

- One (1) recent passport ID photos taken within 6 months of application. Machine Readable Passport with validity of at least 6 months from intended Passport valid at least 6 months prior to departure from the Philippines
- UAE residence visa copy (Dubai and Northern Emirates), must be valid beyond the date of departure from the Philippines
- Copy of Tentative air ticket to show the applicant’s flight details.

9c—Seaman Visa |
9(C) - INDIVIDUAL SEAFARER (THOSE WHO WILL ENTER THE PH BY AIRPLANE AND JOIN THE VESSEL ALREADY DOCKED IN THE PH)
- Duly accomplished Visa Application Form No. 2; (visa application form 9-A)
- One (1) recent photograph, with white or light-colored background, taken within the last three (3) months, size 3.5cm x 4.5 cm;
- Original and photocopy of the passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond intended stay in the Philippines or completion of trip;
- Original and photocopy of Seaman’s book
- If the applicant has a local agent in UAE, the company in UAE should provide a letter indicating the name of the vessel where the seafarer will be joining in the Philippines and copy of the ID of the person who signed the letter;
- Copy of the Notarized letter from the shipping / manning agency in the Philippines and copy of the ID of the person who signed the letter;
- One way ticket
9(C) - CREW LIST VISA (Seafarers are already aboard the vessel and that vessel will enter the PH. In the crew list visa, ALL foreign nationals should be listed regardless of whether they are rejoiner, offsigner, etc. as long as they are aboard the vessel)
- Letter request from the shipping or manning agent in the UAE and EID or passport of the person who signed the letter
- Duly accomplished Visa Application Form No. 2; (visa application form 9-A)
- One (1) recent photograph, with white or light-colored background, taken within the last three (3) months, size 3.5cm x 4.5 cm
- Accomplished Form No 61
- Copies of the passports of seafarers onboard the ship / vessel
- Notarized letter from the shipping / manning agency in the Philippine and copy of passport or any Philippine government issued ID of the signatory

9e—Diplomatic Visa
|
- Personal appearance
- Visa application form (visa application form 9-A)
- One (1) recent passport ID photos taken within 6 months of application. Machine Readable Passport with validity of at least 6 months from intended Passport valid at least 6 months prior to departure from the Philippines
- UAE residence visa copy (Dubai and Northern Emirates), must be valid beyond the date of departure from the Philippines or latest UAE arrival stamp for tourist
- Duly signed Itinerary
- Copy of air ticket, if available.
NOTE: Authority to issue 9e visa has to be received by the PH Consulate General from the PH Department of Foreign Affairs before this visa can be issued.

9f—Student Visa |
- Personal appearance
- Visa application form (visa application form 9-A)
- One (1) recent passport ID photos taken within 6 months of application.
- Machine Readable Passport with validity of at least 6 months from intended Passport valid at least 6 months prior to departure from the Philippines
- UAE residence visa copy (Dubai and Northern Emirates), must be valid beyond the date of departure from the Philippines
- Original notice of acceptance issued by the school to the student with clear impression of school’s dry seal
- MOFA-authenticated police clearance
- MOFA-authenticated medical certificates If applicable, original Certificate of Eligibility for Admission issued by the Philippine Commission on Higher Education to the student
NOTE: Authority to issue student visa has to be received by the PH Consulate General from the PH Department of Foreign Affairs before this visa can be issued. Personal appearance of applicant may be required.

9g—Pre-Arranged Employment Visa |
- Personal appearance
- Visa application form (visa application form 9-A)
- One (1) recent passport ID photos taken within 6 months of application.Machine Readable Passport with validity of at least 6 months from intended Passport valid at least 6 months prior to departure from the Philippines
- UAE residence visa copy (Dubai and Northern Emirates), must be valid beyond the date of departure from the Philippines
- Copy of air ticket to show the applicant’s flight details.
- MOFA-authenticated police clearance
- MOFA-authenticated medical certificates
NOTE:Authority to issue this visa has to be received by the PH Consulate General from the PH Department of Foreign Affairs before this visa can be issued. Personal interview may be required before issuance of visa.
