• All visa applications are subject to evaluation and approval by the Visa Officer.
• Other documents/papers may also be required by the Visa Officer in support of the visa application.
• Submission of the basic and additional requirements requested by the consular officer is not an assurance that a visa will be granted.
• A Philippine visa does not guarantee entry into the Philippines. A Philippine Visa is an endorsement made on a travel document by a consular officer at a Philippine Embassy or Consulate abroad denoting that the visa application has been properly examined and that the bearer is permitted to proceed to the Philippines and request permission from the Philippine Immigration authorities at the ports of entries to enter the country. The visa thus issued is not a guarantee that the holder will be automatically admitted into the country, because the admission of foreign nationals into the Philippines is a function of the immigration authorities at the port of entry.
• Telephone or email inquiries on the status of a visa application will not be entertained by the consular office. Information on any visa application and its status are held in strict confidence. The information on the status and/or result of a visa application will be given only to the applicant or the authorized representative on the day indicated on the receipt.
• Applicants for temporary visitor's visa should normally apply at the Philippine Embassy or Consulate that has jurisdiction over their place of residence. While some visa applicants may apply at any Philippine Embassy or Consulate abroad, others are only allowed to apply his/her visa at the Philippine Embassy or Consulate in his country of origin or legal residence.

Applicants are advised to apply for the appropriate Philippine visa/s at least one (1) month prior to their intended departure date.

Visa processing for single-entry visa takes at least 8 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) while application for multiple-entry visas take at least one (1) month.

Please be informed that the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai has not allowed any agency to process and collect any fees for Philippine visa applications. All applications must be submitted personally at the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai. Therefore any transaction with such agency will not be honored.

9a— Temporary Visitor’s Visa for Pleasure

6. Previous Philippine Visa issued (if any)
7. Bank Statement for the last 3 months with maintaining balance of 5,000 AED

9b—Transit Visa

Travelling from one country to another via the Philippines.   Transit period is limited to 72 hours.

9(C) - INDIVIDUAL SEAFARER (THOSE WHO WILL ENTER THE PH BY AIRPLANE AND JOIN THE VESSEL ALREADY DOCKED IN THE PH)

1. Duly accomplished Visa Application Form No. 2; (visa application form 9-A)
2. One (1) recent photograph, with white or light-colored background, taken within the last three (3) months, size 3.5cm x 4.5 cm;
3. Original and photocopy of the passport valid for at least six (6) months beyond intended stay in the Philippines or completion of trip;
4. Original and photocopy of Seaman’s book
5. If the applicant has a local agent in UAE, the company in UAE should provide a letter indicating the name of the vessel where the seafarer will be joining in the Philippines and copy of the ID of the person who signed the letter;
6. Copy of the Notarized letter from the shipping / manning agency in the Philippines and copy of the ID of the person who signed the letter;
7. One way ticket

9(C) - CREW LIST VISA (Seafarers are already aboard the vessel and that vessel will enter the PH. In the crew list visa, ALL foreign nationals should be listed regardless of whether they are rejoiner, offsigner, etc. as long as they are aboard the vessel)

1. Letter request from the shipping or manning agent in the UAE and EID or passport of the person who signed the letter
2. Duly accomplished Visa Application Form No. 2; (visa application form 9-A)
3. One (1) recent photograph, with white or light-colored background, taken within the last three (3) months, size 3.5cm x 4.5 cm
4. Accomplished Form No 61
5. Copies of the passports of seafarers onboard the ship / vessel
6. Notarized letter from the shipping / manning agency in the Philippine and copy of passport or any Philippine government issued ID of the signatory

9e—Diplomatic Visa

4. UAE residence visa copy (Dubai and Northern Emirates), must be valid beyond the date of departure from the Philippines or latest UAE arrival stamp for tourist
5. Duly signed Itinerary
6. Copy of air ticket, if available.

NOTE: Authority to issue 9e visa has to be received by the PH Consulate General from the PH Department of Foreign Affairs before this visa can be issued.

6. Original notice of acceptance issued by the school to the student with clear impression of school’s dry seal
7. MOFA-authenticated police clearance
8. MOFA-authenticated medical certificates If applicable, original Certificate of Eligibility for Admission issued by the Philippine Commission on Higher Education to the student

NOTE: Authority to issue student visa has to be received by the PH Consulate General from the PH Department of Foreign Affairs before this visa can be issued. Personal appearance of applicant may be required.
