The Department of Foreign Affairs is mandated to formulate and implement policies and programs to promote and protect the rights and welfare of Filipino migrants, and provide assistance to overseas Filipinos in distress.

 

The Assistance to Nationals (ATN) section extends appropriate assistance to overseas Filipinos in distress in matters relating to police, immigration and legal concerns. Requests of such nature are handled on a case-by-case basis.

REPATRIATION

To overseas Filipinos who are holders of visas issued in Dubai and Northern Emirates and are seeking repatriation assistance from the Philippine Government, please completely and correctly accomplish the application form found on this link: https://tinyurl.com/2021repatriation


To those who have already submitted their request through the said site and would like to know their current queue number in the list of OFs seeking repatriation, please provide your passport number below:

Note: For the repatriation flights that will mounted by the PH Government for those affected by the temporary travel ban for inbound passengers from the UAE, the following will be prioritized in view of the limited number of seats: (1) medical patients – those with no insurance; (2) pregnant women on their 3rd trimester and with no medical insurance; (3) families and children; (4) those with expired/expiring visas and without capacity to apply for temporary visa.
