- Applicants are strongly advised to apply for the appropriate Philippine visa/s at least one month prior to their intended departure date to allow for the projected timeframe for entire visa process from appointment scheduling, actual processing, to issuance.
- A confirmed airline ticket will not be considered as a reason for expedited visa processing. The Consulate will not be held liable for any missed flights due to proximity of intended travel date to date of visa application.
- The length of the visa processing depends on the visa applicant’s nationality and the type of visa applied for. Please see list for expected timeframe for single-entry visa applications:

FILL-UP OR COMPLETE APPLICATION FORM.

SUBMIT VISA APPLICATION FORM AND OTHER DOCUMENTS FOR ONLINE PRE-ASSESSMENT. 1. Upload the scanned filled-up visa application form in the visa pre-assessment portal (https://dubaipcg.dfa.gov.ph/visa/visa-application-portal) together with the other required documents (passport bio page, UAE resident visa copy, flight itinerary, no objection letter from company, bank statement for the past three (3) months, etc.). 2. The applicant will receive an email acknowledging receipt of their application. |

PERSONALLY APPEAR AND SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS.
1. The applicant must arrive at the Consulate 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time mentioned in the email. 2. Bring your passport and other required documents (e.g. proof of financial capacity) to the Visa Officer for submission. Please see the list of requirements depending on your visa type: https://dubaipcg.dfa.gov.ph/services/visa/general-visa-application-policies 3. After the interview, the applicant will be advised on when your visa, if approved, will be released.* 4. Proceed to the cashier to pay the corresponding fee. Please take note that the Consulate only accepts cash payments. *Depending on the nationality of the visa applicant, the processing of the SINGLE-ENTRY application may take three (3) to eight (8) working days; MULTIPLE-ENTRY application may take one (1) to two (2) months, as per existing rules and regulations. |

CLAIM PASSPORT WITH VISA
1. Return to the Consulate on the date and time stamped on the official receipt to claim your passport.** 2. If the applicant cannot claim the visa in person, an authorized representative must present the (1) original authorization letter issued by the applicant, (2) valid ID of the authorized representative, and (3) official receipt. 3. Receive the passport with visa. Check that all details are correct. If everything is in order, sign the visa release form and exit the Consulate. **If the applicant (or representative) cannot come on the appointed date of release, the applicant (or representative) may claim their passport on any working day after the stamped date on the receipt. |
