PROCEDURE FOR NOTARIZATION OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS

Secure an appointment via https://dubaipcg.dfa.gov.ph/notarization-civil-registration-services-portal

Note:  Accomplish application form and complete supporting documents before obtaining a queue number.

2 Print the confirmation of appointment form with QR code and prepare the required documents. 2-3 mins None Applicant
On the date & time of your appointment

Present your confirmed appointment to the information counter and get a token number

Kindly prepare all the documentary requirements and accomplished forms before coming to the Consulate.

3-5 mins None Information Officer
4 Proceed to the Notarial Section cabin, and wait for your token number to be called 30-40 mins None Consular Officer

Submit requirements to the Consular Officer who will then assess their completeness.

Once approved, the Consular Officer will transfer your token number to the Cashier

Proceed to the cashier to pay the corresponding fee.

Note:  The Consulate accepts cash payment only.

Documents are released after 4 working days.

Bring the original receipt to claim the document.

If applicant cannot personally claim the document, the authorized representative must present the original authorization letter issued by the applicant, valid ID of the authorized representative and official receipt.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS  

  • Please be reminded that applicant/s must personally sign the document/s in front of the officials of the Consulate General.
  • Any spurious or tampered documents submitted for Notarization/ Attestation are subject to outright seizure upon proper determination by the Consular Officer. Holder of said documents, as well as fixers will be prosecuted. Payment for the document found to be spurious will be forfeited.
