The public is hereby informed of the following:
Passport Applicants with Appointments
Applicants with appointments should keep in mind their appointment date and time and come to the Consulate General only on the given date and time. Those who are scheduled on a later hour are discouraged from coming to the Consulate General too early.
Applicants who fail to observe their appointments shall be treated like walk-in applicants.
Passport Applicants who do not need an appointment
Applicants who are pregnant, infants applying for passports for the first time, children below five (5) years of age seeking passport renewal, senior citizens, and nationals who are differently abled and in need of assistance are encouraged to make use of the Courtesy Lane. These applicants no longer need appointments/schedules when applying or renewing their passports.
Applicants with Lost Passport or whose names appear in the Look-out List are also encouraged to use the Courtesy Lane.
Passport Applicants without Appointment
Beginning 1 October 2013, walk-in applicants seeking the following Passport services shall only be allowed entry to the Consulate General starting 10:00AM to give priority to applicants with appointments:
- Those seeking Passport Appointments/Schedules
- Those seeking Passport Renewal/ Extension without appointments
All applicants without appointment shall be accommodated depending on to the nature of their emergency request, the ability of the Consulate General to provide service, and on the number of clients.
Walk-in applicants will only be accommodated once those with appointments have been served.
Walk-in applicants who only seek appointment/schedule are encouraged to use the online appointment system (http://www.pcgdubai.net/services/philippine-passports/passport-application-direction/).

All Applicants availing of any of the Consulate General’s services are advised and encouraged to be familiar with the requirements as well as the procedures beforehand. Forms are also available online (www.pcgdubai.net).
