The Public is hereby informed that effective 01 October 2013, release of the following documents shall be done through a courier ONLY.

• Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
• Certification for Driver’s License
• Non-Immigrant Visa/Tourist Visa (9A)

The application requirements are:

• SPA: two (2) copies of completed SPA form, two (2) copies of applicant’s passport.
• Certification for Driver’s License: two (2) copies of applicant’s driver’s license.
• Non-immigrant Visa/ Tourist Visa (9A) requirements are available online www.pcgdubai.net

The following procedures shall apply:

SPA/ Certification

1. Submit duly filled out appropriate Application Form/ requirements.
2. Prepare two (2) sets of documents including attachments and passport copy.
3. Proceed to Notary Window for processing.
4. Proceed to the Courier and pay appropriate Courier fee.
5. Present Courier receipt and Pay appropriate Notarial fee at the Cashier.
6. Wait for the Courier to deliver your document.

Non-immigrant Visa/ Tourist Visa (9A)

1. Submission of Visa Application is 8am-2pm.
2. Proceed to Visa Section.
3. Submit properly filled out Application for Non-Immigrant Visa Form together with the requirements.
4. Proceed to the Courier and pay appropriate Courier fee.
5. Present Courier receipt and Pay appropriate Visa fee at the Cashier.
6. Wait for the Courier to deliver your Passport with visa.

NOTE: Normal Visa Processing takes at most ten (10) working days excluding Fridays, Saturdays and Public Holidays. On special cases, processing takes five (5) working days excluding Fridays, Saturdays and Public Holidays.
