Hiring of Project Term Personnel for Overseas Voters’ (OV) Registration
The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai is looking to fill vacant positions for OV Registration Project Term Personnel
Number of Vacancies: Two (2) Personnel
Requirements:
Must be computer literate;
Must be of good moral character; and
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
Assist with information dissemination
Increase awareness of the ongoing Overseas Voters registration through promotional activities and events
Encode names and contact details registrants
Prepare materials relating to OV registration
Answer queries regarding OV registration
Assist OV registrants
Perform tasks of an alternate VRM operator
Remind Registrants to vote and provide them with necessary information
Perform other services that may be required in the exigency of the service
