Filipino national Desiree Vlekken, Founder and CEO of 4get-me-not.org, sponsored “A Memorable Evening”- a film screening and community lecture series journeying into Alzheimer’s disease -last 20 March 2013 at the Picturehouse, Reel Cinema, The Dubai Mall, with Vice Consul Geronimo C. Suliguin representing the Consulate General of the Philippines, Dubai.

A non-profit event, the evening featured award winning Spanish animated film ”Wrinkles”. 80% of Wrinkles production was done in Spain and the remaining 20% was done in the Philippines.

Before the screening, a 15-minute informative lecture on Alzheimer’s disease was delivered by Dr. Raymond Hamden, President of Human Relations Institute & Clinics.

4get-me-not.org, according to its founder, is the UAE’s first online information platform on Alzheimer’s.
