Consul General Benito Valeriano swears into office the 2012-2013 officers of Filipino Community Dubai and N. Emirates Governing Council last 31 August in a ceremony held at Barrio Fiesta.

Allan Bacason, outgoing President turned over the leadership to Matilyn Bagunu of the St. Mary’s Filipino Community Choir (SMFCC).
