PH CONSULATE IN DUBAI ACCOMMODATES ABOUT 700 OVERSEAS FILIPINOS FOR SECOND SPECIAL CONSULAR DAY FOR 2023
About 700 services (passport renewal, notarials, and contract verification) were rendered to Filipinos in Dubai and Northern Emirates applicants at the second special consular day held at the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and the Northern Emirates and Migrant Workers Office – Dubai on 20 May 2023.
20 May 2023, Dubai, UAE – The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai and Northern Emirates, together with the Migrant Workers Office – Dubai, accommodated about 700 clients on the second Special Consular Day for the year held on 20 May 2023. The services rendered to the Overseas Filipinos in Dubai and the Northern Emirates included passport renewal and amendment, notarization of legal documents, and reports of birth and marriage, as well as services of attached agencies such as contract verification with the Migrant Workers Office - Dubai, and membership in OWWA, SSS, and Pag-IBIG.
The team provided a total of 688 services during the special consular day, broken down as follows:
