Public Advisory on New Procedures for Visa Applications
The Philippine Consulate General in Dubai will be implementing new visa application procedures which are aimed at facilitating efficient evaluation of visa applications and simplifying the visa application process for the clients.
Beginning 06 June 2022, all visa applicants will be required to submit required documents online for the pre-screening of visa applications prior to the grant of a confirmed appointment slot.
Visa appointments for the applicants’ personal appearance at the Consulate will only be confirmed once the Consulate determines that the qualifications are met and the required documents are complete and in order. Applicants are requested to register their application and upload their documents through the Consulate’s portal: tinyurl.com/DubaiPCGvisaApplication.
The submitted documents will be evaluated within four (4) business days. Qualified applicants will be notified of the confirmed appointment date via email. Should further documentation be required, an email instruction on how to upload additional documents will be sent.
Please note that all applicants will still be required to present the original supporting documents and submit duplicate copies on the day of their appointment.
The public is enjoined to adhere to the new procedures to avoid inconvenience. Applicants who appear at the consulate without having their applications pre-screened will be requested to submit their application online and wait for the email notification of their confirmed appointment.
Applicants for 9a Temporary Visitor’s Visa should have successfully completed their online application form via https://www.visa.gov.ph/ (including upload of their photo, passport copy, and signed application form), and received a system-generated email acknowledgment prior to submitting their documents online for pre-assessment.
