In order for the Philippine Consulate to comply with the Dubai Municipality Guidelines and Protocol for Reopening of Establishments issued on 23 April 2020, particularly measures on social distancing, we are now back at our normal office hours, SUNDAY-THURSDAY, 8AM-5PM. Services by APPOINTMENT.

 

IMPORTANT REMINDER: In view of the current health crisis, applications are strictly by appointment, please book an appintment to: PASSPORT APPOINTMENT PORTAL.

Married women who would like to use their married surname:
  1. Confirmed Online Appointment with QR code
  2. Personal appearance of applicant
  3. Original old passport
  4. Accomplished E-passport application form and OAV form
  5. Photocopy of :
    • Passport Data page (2 copies)
    • Visa page
  6. PSA-issued Marriage Contract (MC). Transcribed Marriage Contract from the LCR is required when entries in PSA Marriage Contract are blurred or unreadable.
  7. PSA-issued Report of Marriage if married abroad

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

    Pursuant to Department Order No. 37-03, all passports unclaimed by the applicants after six (6) months from the date of issuance shall be cancelled.

    NOTARIALS
    Notarization of Documents 8:00am –2:00pm (Cut-off)
    Releasing of Notarial Documents Documents are release via courier (1 to 3 working days) Within UAE.
    CIVIL REGISTRATION
    Birth 8:00am – 3:30pm
    Marriage 8:00am – 3:30pm (Sundays to Wednesdays only)
    Death 8:00am – 3:30pm
    Releasing of Civil Registration Documents

    For AAP, AUSF, ROM, LCCM

    4:00pm – 5:00pm (CRU Unit)

    For ROB

    (to be released with the new passport of the child)

    8:00am – 5:00pm (Passport Releasing Unit)

    For ROD

    ROD is released as soon as the applicant completes the requirements and pays the appropriate fees.

    VISA
    Application of Visa 8:00am – 11:30am (Cut-off)
    Releasing of Visa 4:00pm - 5:00 pm

    No transaction is accepted beyond this period
