Attestation of Foreign Nationals’ Documents (e.g., Special Power of Attorney, Contract to Sell, Memorandum of Agreement, etc.)

 

 

  1. Original and copy of document authenticated by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs
  • Note: Depending on the type of legal document, documents may need to go through the notary public or the Chamber of Commerce or the Ministry of Justice or other relevant UAE government agencies prior submission to the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs for attestation.
  1. Two (2) copies of applicant’s passport.
  2. Any other document(s) that will be requested by the processor.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

  • Please be reminded that applicant/s must personally sign the document/s in front of the officials of the Consulate General.
  • Any spurious or tampered documents submitted for Notarization/ Attestation are subject to outright seizure upon proper determination by the Consular Officer. Holder of said documents, as well as fixers will be prosecuted. Payment for the document found to be spurious will be forfeited.
