Present your confirmed appointment to the information counter and get a token number

NOTE: Make sure that you have accomplished the online application form for Report of Marriage/ Marriage License/ Legal Capacity to Contract Marriage (LCCM), printed the QR Code and completed the supporting documents before obtaining a queue number.

Proceed to the Civil Registration Section at Hall A, and wait for your token number to be called.

Submit the confirmation email and requirements to the Consular Officer who will then assess the completeness of the documents

Once approved, the Consular Officer will transfer your token number to the Cashier

Proceed to the cashier to pay the corresponding fee.

Note:  The Consulate accepts cash payment only.

Return to the CRU counter, present the yellow copy of the receipt to the Consular Officer.

The Consular Officer will print the Marriage Forms for checking. If all the details are true and correct, the applicant will affix their signation in the Marriage Forms.

Proceed to the Marriage Counter from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. on the date indicated on the receipt.

Note:

To those whose marriage will be solemnized at the Consulate, the marriage contract and other relevant documents will be released immediately after the wedding ceremony.

Release of civil registration document/s after 4 working days. Either of the couple can claim the document by presenting the official receipt.

Release of Report of Marriage document/s is after 4 working days. LCCM Certificate will be released after 15 calendar days. Either of the couple can claim the document by presenting the official receipt.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS  

  • Please be reminded that applicant/s must personally sign the document/s in front of the officials of the Consulate General.
  • Any spurious or tampered documents submitted for Notarization/ Attestation are subject to outright seizure upon proper determination by the Consular Officer. Holder of said documents, as well as fixers will be prosecuted. Payment for the document found to be spurious will be forfeited.
