Lifting of COVID-19 Related Restrictions on Visa Issuance and Resumption of Pre-Pandemic Visa Processes

The public is informed that pursuant to Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) Resolution No. 165 dated 24 March 2022, the Entry Exemption Document (EED) requirement for all foreign nationals entering the Philippines has been removed.

Thus, restrictions on visa issuance related to COVID-19 have been lifted and that the Consulate will resume accepting all types of visa applications.

Applicants may book an appointment for the submission of their visa requirements with the Consulate’s Visa Section through https://dubaipcg.dfa.gov.ph/visa/visa-application-portal
