FILL-UP APPLICATION FORM.

For applicants for Temporary Visitors Visa (9a), fill up the application form at the visa application portal (https://www.visa.gov.ph).

Applicants for all other visa categories (9b, 9c, 9e, 9f, 9g, etc.) may obtain the application form through this link: tinyurl.com/DuPCGVisaApplicationform  

NOTE: After completing the online application, proceed to STEP 2 for the online pre-assessment of your application and submission of required documents.

SUBMIT VISA APPLICATION FORM AND OTHER DOCUMENTS ONLINE FOR PRE-ASSESSMENT.

Submit the filled-up application form to the visa pre-assessment portal (tinyurl.com/DubaiPCGvisaApplication ) together with the other required documents. The submitted documents will be subject to evaluation.

The applicant will receive another email on the results of the pre-evaluation and if accepted, the applicant will receive an appointment date for personal appearance and submission of documents to the Consulate.

PERSONALLY APPEAR AND SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS.

The applicant must appear at the Consulate at the date and time indicated in his/her email for personal appearance and submission of documents.

NOTE: After submission of documents, allow a maximum of five (5) working days for clearing period if the visa application is approved.

AWAIT APPROVAL AND RELEASE OF VISA.

Once cleared and approved, the applicant will receive an email on when to come to the Consulate to submit his/her passport for visa stamping. Allow a maximum of three (3) working days for stamping of passport.

CLAIM PASSPORT WITH VISA.

The applicant must come to the Consulate to claim his/her passport with visa. Kindly check that all details are correct.
