Certificate of No Objection for Issuance of Foreign Passport for Minor

- Issuance of Foreign Passport to Infant whose either mother or father is a Filipino national

 
  1. Confirmed Appointment.
  2. Personal appearance of Filipino parent
  3. Completed General Affidavit form and copy
  4. Two (2) passport copies of both parents
  5. Two (2) copies of PSA-issued Marriage Certificate or Report of Marriage of parents
  6. Two (2) copies of the child’s Report of Birth issued by the Philippine Consulate General or English Birth Certificate duly authenticated by UAE Ministry of Health (MOH) and Ministry of Foreign (MOFAIC), OR English translated Birth Certificate duly stamped by the UAE Ministry of Justice (MOJ) and Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFAIC)
  7. Any other document(s) that will be requested by the processor.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

  • Please be reminded that applicant/s must personally sign the document/s in front of the officials of the Consulate General.
  • Any spurious or tampered documents submitted for Notarization/ Attestation are subject to outright seizure upon proper determination by the Consular Officer. Holder of said documents, as well as fixers will be prosecuted. Payment for the document found to be spurious will be forfeited.
