Certificate of No Objection

- Issuance of Foreign Passport to Infant whose either mother or father is a Filipino national

 

  1. Original and copy of the birth certificate issued by the UAE Ministry of Health and attested by the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
  2. Original and copy of passports and residence visas of parents
  3. Original and copy of marriage contracts of parents
  4. Any other document(s) that will be requested by the processor.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

  • Please be reminded that applicant/s must personally sign the document/s in front of the officials of the Consulate General.
  • Any spurious or tampered documents submitted for Notarization/ Attestation are subject to outright seizure upon proper determination by the Consular Officer. Holder of said documents, as well as fixers will be prosecuted. Payment for the document found to be spurious will be forfeited.
