Certificate of No Objection for Armored Vehicle
  1. Request letter of entity exporting vehicle to the Philippines
  2. Passport copy and visa copy of exporter
  3. Trade copy license of exporter.
  4. Ballistic Compliance Certificate issued by the Manufacturer of Bullet-proof vehicle.
  5. Invoice and receipt.
  6. Certificate of Sole Usage of End user(includes detailed description of the vehicle being exported: Model, Color, Chassis number, Engine Number, Armour Level, Exporting Company, Country of Destination)
  7. DTI Business name registration and business permit of Philippine Company importing the vehicle.
  8. End User Certificate
  9. Any other document(s) that will be requested by the processor.

IMPORTANT REMINDER:

  • Please be reminded that applicant/s must personally sign the document/s in front of the officials of the Consulate General.
  • Any spurious or tampered documents submitted for Notarization/ Attestation are subject to outright seizure upon proper determination by the Consular Officer. Holder of said documents, as well as fixers will be prosecuted. Payment for the document found to be spurious will be forfeited.
